Learn a structured approach to life drawing in pastel with artist Melissa Halbrook. Melissa is a painter and founding member of Realist Art League, a collective of artists working in contemporary realism in northeast Philadelphia. She is also known for her short-form live portrait drawing in pastel at an array of different events around the city. While the various nuances of life drawing cannot be captured in a single evening, consider this your jumping off point for discovering new ways of seeing and working with the portrait.
