Pasta night at Eataly

This June, we’re celebrating the art of fresh pasta with an evening dedicated to Italy’s most iconic comfort food.

Join us at Cucina del Mercato for a vibrant, immersive experience where craft, flavour, and theatre come together across two evening sittings.

Set across two sessions, the night is designed to bring you closer to the craft of pasta-making than ever before:

• 6pm to 7.30pm sitting
• 8pm to 9.30pm sitting

Expect a lively, social atmosphere with live music throughout, setting the tone for an unforgettable Italian dining experience.

Your evening begins with a live pasta-making demonstration where our chefs will share the techniques behind fresh pasta, bringing the kitchen energy directly to your table.

As the experience unfolds, you’ll be served a curated tasting menu showcasing a range of regional styles, textures and sauces. To finish, you’ll also take home a portion of the pasta made during the evening as a gift – a taste of the night to enjoy later.

Pasta Testing Menu:

• Pasta fritta with light carbonara sauce
• Tagliolini aglio, olio, scallop & bottarga
• Egg raviolo with ricotta & spinach, brown butter & sage
• Paccheri with ’nduja, lemon & stracciatella
• Tagliatelle al ragù (guinea fowl & Italian sausage ragù)
• Mini lasagna

Dessert:

• Deep-fried gnocchi with Nutella, toasted hazelnut crumbs, mascarpone cream & orange zest

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to other events.

Your ticket includes the event food menu only. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase and will be subject to a 12.5% service charge.

The event space is situated on our first floor behind the fresh counters. (opposite Pasta e Pizza main area)

Please note we have a 10-minute grace period for lateness.

Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.

This event is not suitable for vegan and gluten-free guests.

We recommend guests who'd like to sit together to purchase tickets under the same name.
