You’ll learn the fundamentals of mixing, rolling, and shaping dough, watch helpful techniques demonstrated along the way, and complete a recipe from start to finish. All of the pasta made in class will be cooked together and served with sauce for everyone to enjoy during class time. You’ll leave with fresh pasta skills, several recipes to recreate at home, and plenty of inspiration for your next cozy kitchen night.
