Join us! In this hands-on class, Pia will share how to make fresh egg and egg-free pasta dough then used to make handrolled pasta shape, ravioli and herb infused pasta art. Each creation will be tasted in simple sauces. This class is for anyone who wants to start their pasta journey or wishes to extend their own pasta experience.
