You have not tasted Italian cuisine until you’ve tasted this! In this class you will learn handmade pasta with flour brought directly from Sardinia. No other Italian teaching course can offer you Sardinian flour as it’s nearly impossible to be imported. Former restaurant owner Claudia who operated a restaurant in Sardinia is coming to Sacramento to offer one of the most unforgettable experiences you’ll have. Five star classpop Chef James Smith who has already been teaching in Sacramento and Sardinia as seen in the video below is proud to bring Claudia to Sacramento.
