In this sacred journey, you'll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed meditative state, where you’ll travel through time, memory, and soul-story to uncover insights, emotional imprints, and gifts that wish to be reclaimed.

This session includes:

? A grounding meditation to root you in safety and presence? A sacred visualization at the Stone Circle of the Sidhe, where you'll meet an animal guide to walk with you? A deep guided past life regression — focused on healing, understanding, and soul integration? Time for journaling and gentle reflection? A closing circle for optional sharing and support

This is a gentle, spiritually anchored journey open to all — no experience with regression or meditation is necessary.

• A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion (you will be lying or sitting comfortably for up to 60 minutes) We do provide some, but sometimes it feels comforting to have your own.
