During her studies with that forefather of this work Brian Weiss, Mela had the profound opportunity to gather with practitioners from over 30 countries in group regressions of over 100 people. Some of the most profound soul memories she experienced in her entire training were during these massive group regressions where somehow the journeys of the souls of everyone present amplified the clarity of the memories accessed, energies released and the intensity of the healing emotions.
In this workshop, we will explore a few of the healing elements of regression work as well as the key characteristics of what it means to travel to the subconscious mind. We will collectively create a sacred, safe and grounded space from which to journey.
The vast majority of our time will be spent with Mela intuitively, gently guiding you to a deeply relaxed state in which you, and the collective community present, will each have the precise experience that your soul has planned for you that day. Some will experience vivid memories, almost like watching a movie. Others will experience waves of feeling and release. Some will be overcome with messages or a knowing. Each will have the perfect experience meant for you on your soul’s path at this time. Toward the end of our time we will dedicate time to sharing (at whatever level you feel called), sense-making and integration.
Collectively, we will walk together, accompany one another, as we continue to heal and release that which no longer serves us and awaken to, or remember and embody, the unending love and miracle that we are.
