Past life regression (PLR) hypnosis uses guided hypnosis to help people access believed memories or experiences from previous lifetimes, aiming to resolve current-life issues like phobias, anxieties, or relationship problems by uncovering their roots in other incarnations.
How it works:
Deep Relaxation: A trained hypnotherapist guides the client into a deeply relaxed, focused state, often called hypnosis.
Subconscious Access: This state is believed to bypass the conscious mind, allowing access to the subconscious where these past-life memories are stored.
Guided Exploration: The practitioner asks questions to help the client explore imagery, emotions, and sensations from past lives.
