We will primarily focus on the present lifetime. We’re purposefully entering the past for a brief period of time to heal the origins or roots of current issues.
By attending this workshop, you will learn how to integrate past life incarnation to help you replace any judgement, shame, or guilt you have been feeling about your issue/problem with a loving understanding of yourself as a human being who is doing the best you can. This compassionate understanding must also extend to the past version of yourself – your past life incarnation.
