Join Passport Destilados at Moxy Phoenix Downtown on Friday, August 21, from 7:00–10:00 PM for Passport to Mezcal: A Guided Tasting Experience.
Designed for both mezcal newcomers and longtime enthusiasts, this intimate tasting will guide guests through five distinct mezcals selected from the Passport Destilados portfolio. Together, we'll explore the different agaves, regions, producers, and traditional production methods that give each expression its individual character.
More importantly, we'll introduce you to the people and stories behind the spirits.
Throughout the guided tasting, we'll discuss how factors such as agave variety, terroir, roasting, fermentation, distillation, and generations of family knowledge can influence what ultimately reaches your glass.
Your $65 ticket includes:
- A guided tasting of five different mezcals
- Education and storytelling about the producers, agaves, regions, and production methods
- One featured cocktail prepared by the Moxy bar
- An opportunity to ask questions and explore mezcal in a relaxed, welcoming environment
