About this Event
Join us for a Client Club visit to Dundashill, one of Scotland’s most significant large-scale Passivhaus housing developments.
Delivered for West of Scotland Housing Association, Dundashill demonstrates how Passivhaus can be successfully delivered within mainstream social housing, combining high-performance design with large-scale urban regeneration.
The session will begin at Collective Architecture's Glasgow Office for refreshments, introductions and a short project overview from the design team at Collective Architecture, before a guided walk around the Dundashill development.
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit occupied homes, speak directly with residents about their experience living in Passivhaus homes, and hear perspectives from the housing association, architects and wider delivery team.
This is a valuable opportunity to explore the realities of delivering and living in Passivhaus housing at scale.

The site visit will start at Collective Architecture's Glasgow offices on Bath Street for refreshments and a presentation, followed by a brief walk around the development and a visit to two occupied homes.

09:30 to 10:00 – Refreshments and Networking
10:00 to 10:45 – PHT introduction, Project Overview presentation, view from the client
10:45 to 11:15 – Taxi to Dundashill
11:15 to 11:30 – Dundashill block walkaround
11:30 to 12:15 – Flat visits of 2 flats (small groups in relays of max. 8 people per visit).
12:15 to 12:45 – Taxi to Collective Architecture’s studio (A walking tour will also be available for those feeling energetic)
