This short course will review theory related to a range of stretching techniques, and focus will be drawn to passive static and PNF stretching for use within treatment and home care activities.
Open to Sports Massage Therapists at Level 3 or above, along with Sports Therapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Rehabilitator as continued professional development.
