Fried Green Tomatoes- with sundried tomato aioli, goat cheese, and pork rinds. Paired with arugula, graped tomatoes, lime, EVOO, and Maldon flake sea salt
Bourbon Smash- Maker's Mark bourbon, vanilla bitters, maple, agave, muddled blackberries
Course 2
Crab stuffed tempura fried avocado- with roasted red pepper-lemongrass coulis
Your Tai- Stoli citrus, Sailor Jerry, almond syrup, pineapple juice, and Sprite
Course 3
Tuna Tataki- withs massago, wasabi aioli, and wontons
Moji-no- Bacardi limon, sour, sugar, soda, and muddled basil
Course 4
Surf and Turf- Grilled beef tenderloin with wasabi mashed potatoes, potato wrapped salmon- with succotash and topped with maple-B&B butter glaze
Southern Fashion- Buffalo Trace bourbon, Dolin rouge vermouth, simple syrup, vanilla bitters, cherry preserves, egg whites
Course 5
Dip-Sum Doughnuts- with chocolate chopsticks and assorted dipping sauces and bourbon maple bacon ice cream
Dirty Zosia- Bacardi dragon berry, Bacardi black razz, Bombay, blackberry and blueberry purees, fresh lime juice, and fresh ginger
