PASSAGE: Visionary Writing Workshop & Sound Bath Journey

Sunday June 30, join Eve Kat and Elizabeth of Lore for an evening of sound healing and creative exploration through channeled writing in the Himalayan salt cave at Gaia Nomaya. This will be our last salt cave workshop before Gaia closes doors, so come help us say farewell to this beautiful space, and receive the healing energies of salt, sound, and your own inspiration ✨

In this workshop, we will explore the theme of passages. Passages can be literal - the path you walk through the dark forest before you reach the sunny grove on the other side - or metaphorical. They speak of transitions, movement, journeys, and the moments and spaces in-between. They are the liminal spaces between one point and another. Ultimately, they are the most important part of a journey, because they are the necessary conjunction between starting point and destination. Sometimes, the passages is left out of a story - but in this workshop, we focus on the journey, and what happens in-between the scenes.

All experience levels welcome.

Please arrive no later than 7pm, and come prepared with notebook and pen.

Sharing is encouraged but not expected - come as you are!
