Pass It On! Open Mic

It's festival season here in New Orleans, and just as there are festivals for music and food, join us in celebrating art with our annual Scott Fest edition of Pass It On. In the spirit of the man and the divine, diasporic messages he conveyed through his work and words, Congo Square Preservation Society will provide the ancestral rhythms while Louisiana Poet Laureate Emeritus, Dr. Mona Lisa Saloy, calls us into remembrance with her words, and esteemed Xavier alumni, Charmagne Andrews and DiQuan Forcell, provide the mirror in which we see our beautiful selves through their visual art.
