Passionate about Jazz and Brazilian music since young age (and mentored by the most regretted Marcia Maria), vocalist Pascale ELIA forms the Homin'In quintet - JaBraZz in 2021 from her complicity with Brazilian guitarist Victor DA COSTA. The band pays a vibrant tribute to the legendary duo "Elis&Tom", revisiting timeless songs on the powerful and sensual rhythms of bossa nova and samba-jazz. Absolutely worth discovering. Named the "father of Bossa Nova", Antonio Carlos (Tom) Jobim is considered one of the greatest composers of his time. It was in the 1960s that he internationalized a new sound, very popular in Brazil, combining jazz harmonies with bossa nova. The singer Elis Regina, unique in her kind, is to Brazilian music what Ella Fitzgerald is to Jazz.
