You've heard about it - chocolate is the universal cure-all for whatever ails you. At this party, you can learn why that's the truth. Redlands Conservancy's Asistencia General Manager Heather Ross will discuss with you why chocolate is something we crave. She will help you explore how to pick the very best chocolate to suit your own taste buds, which, we're sure you know, is how to heighten the chocolate-eating experience. Each bite-sized piece of chocolate will be paired with a wine, port, beer, tea or hot cocoa - or nothing at all. Just by its glorious lonesome!
