Our investment partner would be in charge of contributing to the company the 20% down or deposit required by the Banks and making the mortgage payments for the duration of the construction or renovation, generally around 6-8 months.

The Duration of the Visa depending on the Country is generally 5 years, except some countries that only grant 3 years. And it can be extended as many times as necessary as long as it is shown that the business is still valid.
The Application Process takes between 4 weeks and 3 months as a general rule. (depends on the consulate of each country)

To qualify for this type of Visa you must meet the following requirements:
(1) Establish a company in the US and own at least 50% of it, or be a key employee within the company such as an executive or administrator
- The business must already be operating and the investment made before the application is made.
- The business has to be active, it cannot be a passive business.
(2) Be willing to make a "substantial" investment of money in the business that is established within the United States.
(3) The investment cannot be “marginal”. You must demonstrate that the company, in which you invested, will obtain sufficient profits to guarantee the employment of one or two American workers and help the local economy.
(4) Accompanying relatives such as spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age also qualify for this type of Visa.
