About this Event
This one-day forum focuses on building bridges between the faith-based community and Community Hospice healthcare providers through education and shared experiences. Our theme this year is Living Above our Circumstances to Reconnect, be Resilient and Rejuvenate. Our speakers will cover challenges and solutions affecting those living in our communities, effective self-care, positive coping and a panel on cultural considerations around end of life and more. Our day together will include a continental breakfast, hot lunch and an opportunity to network with like-minded people. Cost:
