Popis workshopu:
In this partnering workshop, we will examine various movement principles with the intention of finding variability and expanding our intellectual and physical horizons. We will redefine the building blocks of human movement, aim to identify movement 'habits', and catalyze an environment for innovating more efficient ones. Problem-solving and strategic thinking will be elicited by creating situational games and tasks (working with tools and partners) designed to reveal our physical 'blind spots' and familiarise us with the phenomenon of sincere failure and its integral role in the learning process. Overall, we will aim to enrich the quality of the conversation we are having with ourselves and observe how it shapes the relationships and interactions that we cultivate as humans.
