Connection takes practice. This is that practice.Partner Yoga is an opportunity to slow down, show up, and move with someone—whether that’s a partner, friend, or someone you trust enough to try something new together.
In this class, Adrienne will guide you through supported poses, shared balance, gentle strength work, and mindful stretching. You’ll lean in, offer support, receive support, and explore what happens when effort becomes shared instead of solo.
This is not about being flexible or “good at yoga.”
It is about communication, presence, trust, and a little vulnerability.
Expect:
• Supported stretches and poses you can’t access alone
• Playful balance and strength work
• Laughter, grounding, and moments of real connection
• A welcoming, non-awkward, judgment-free space
All levels welcome. No prior partner yoga experience needed.
Come with a partner—or bring a friend and dive in together.
This practice is simple, human, and surprisingly powerful.
