Whether you want to share a unique datenight, enjoy a non-competitive physical activity, or just connect more deeply, join us for Partner Yoga. In this practice we'll take time to center and explore asanas for two including seated, standing, balancing, and very basic AcroYoga poses.
Bring yoga mats or borrow one at AdRock. No experience is necessary, just the desire to try something new, be imperfect, and share laughter.
