Partner Yoga

Create a shared memory with your partner during this fun filled partner yoga hour.

✨ This class is designed for you to explore playful ways of communication, trust and movement through Yoga. You will be assisted by your partner in versions of poses, and will do the same in return.

Bring your loved one, friend or come as you are for a fabulous time on the mat .

*if you come by yourself, and would like to still experience the class, come on down! Things have a way to working out and there will be either another student or one of your instructors to practice with.

With number of yogic trainings over the years, Thai body work and countless hours devoted to teaching we are happy to have her at our studio sharing yoga with you.
