Partner-Up Yoga at Yoga-7We invite you to our upcoming couples yoga class at Yoga7 Batesville on Saturday, May 11th, at 1 p.m.
This is an excellent opportunity to connect with your partner, improve your physical and mental health, and experience the many benefits of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.

- Eye-to-Eye Meditation
- Warm-Up Poses
- Partner Poses:
Partner poses that require coordination, balance, and trust between partners.
Partner Tree Pose, Partner Boat Pose, or Partner Seated Twist can challenge couples to work together harmoniously.
- Fun-Challenging Poses:
We will transition into fun and challenging poses that test the limits of balance, strength, and flexibility for both partners.
Poses like Double Downward Dog, Double or even Triple Plank, or Partner Dancer Pose add an element of playfulness and adventure to the practice.
- Closing Sequence: Gentle cool-down poses include gentle stretches and a final relaxation pose with cold towels and essential oils.
