Come join to learn Thai Massage to release tension in neck, shoulders, hips and low back using techniques provided from a Licensed Massage Professional and former Physical Therapist Assistant. Build your confidence in releasing tension in the body. We will learn to release the body from various positions including seated, lying face up and down as well as Sidelying.
