What is Thai Massage?
Thai Massage can be considered an active form of meditation both for the giver and the receiver. It is an ancient and unique healing modality with body positions similar to yoga combined with massage which follow a system of energy lines throughout the body. Sessions provide benefits of increased flexibility and range of motion, deep release of muscular tension as well as a space to practice mindfulness and breath awareness.

Useful skills will be learned for ALL levels of experience. ALL gender, sexuality, ethnic, LGBTQ+ identities are welcome. No partner needed. Come with a partner or arrive solo.
Please note:
There is a moderate level of effort and flexibility needed to give Thai massage. We will be moving another persons body by practicing some light lifting, kneeling and balancing. Modifications will be given to help accommodate your ability.
