Balance, trust, and teamwork take center stage in this beginner-friendly Partner Acrobatic Workshop hosted by the Charlotte Cirque & Dance Center.
Perfect for friends, siblings, or family members to try something new together, this 30-minute workshop introduces the fundamentals of partner acrobatics in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment.
No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a partner (or be paired with one on-site)!
What to Expect:
- Safe, guided warm-ups to prep the body
- Intro to basic counterbalance and partner poses
- Confidence-building exercises that promote communication and trust
Come solo or bring a buddy!
This is a great way to explore movement in a new way—whether you're curious about circus arts or just looking for something active and memorable to do together.
