Who are Acroredheads.....?"We are Laurie and Kev, we teach Partner Acro here in Nottingham, together we are Acroredheads! We have trained and taught separately for many years, and finally became a duo over 3 years ago. We teach lots of disciplines within acro including L base, Standing, Pops and much more!
Workshop description:
Our 2hr workshop will include a range of different acro poses, tricks & transitions, exploring L base, Standing and Group work. This would be suitable for all as we will breakdown each skill and can provide easier or harder variations!"
This 2 hour workshop is suitable for ALL LEVELS and i'm told there could be some group balancing for the more experienced :)
