About this Event

Conventional droplet-based single-cell technologies struggle as experiment sizes change. In the most oppressive situations, a new instrument is required to take advantage of the additional capability. Those restrictions have disappeared with the introduction of the Parse Biosciences Evercode Whole Transcriptome product line – an improved and commercialized version of the split-pool combinatorial barcoding published in Science.

This entrant to the single-cell field enables experiments ranging from 10,000 to 1 Million cells with little appreciable difference in sample preparation time or result quality across that spectrum. Coupled with workflow enablement through cell or nuclei fixation, experiments of all scales become practical and achievable.

At scale, previous nuisances around multiplets and gene sensitivity become serious impediments or expensive to manage. By addressing these issues in the assay, the Evercode technology provides unmatched gene sensitivity and multiplet creation for efficient sequencing resource utilization.

In the session, we'll explore the benefits of simplifying and scaling your scRNA-Seq experiments. All kits are now available in Australia.
