29 Mart Çarşamba gecesi, Han’da bir kez daha deprem bölgelerine yardım için buluşuyoruz.
Afet sonrası dayanışma ve yardım aktivitelerinin önemini koruduğu bu zamanlarda, Fransız ekip Paroxysm Ltd ile bir araya gelerek, tamamen yardım amaçlı bir gecede sahnemizi Chicago house müzik efsanesi Robert Owens’a gururla açıyoruz.
80’li yıllardan beri sürdürdüğü müzikal yolculuğuyla house müzikte Chicago ekolünün oluşmasında ve bugün hala dünya çapında bir standart kabul edilmesinde büyük pay sahibi olan, Fingers Inc. gibi ikonik gruplarda yıldızlaşmış, kendine özgü vokaliyle elektronik müzik tarihinin en çok talep gören seslerinden biri, kısaca gerçek bir efsane olan isim Robert Owens, Paroxysm Ltd sunumuyla Han sahnesinin kaptanı oluyor.
Gecede performanslarıyla Han kabininde hünerlerini gösterecek diğer isimler; global sahnelerde düzenlediği “vinyl only” konseptli gecelerle dünyanın en yetenekli DJ’lerinden bazılarını ağırlayan, Paroxysm LTD kurucularından Fransız Avni Leka, electro, electro house ve dark disco sound’larıyla dansa zorlayan Kaan.Oktm ve Suma ailesini temsilen çok sevgili Özlem Atalay.

In a time that calls for action and solidarity, Suma Han together with the French crew Paroxysm Ltd want to invite you to a special event in Suma Han Wednesday the 29 of march, hosting Chicago house music legend Robert Owens for this special event, the man who is behind some of house music’s most beloved classics.
His career started in the mid 80s, with collaborations with other Chicago House legends like Larry Heard (with the project Fimgers inc) and releases on Trax records and Alleviated records that made history, his career was just starting.
Known for also being one of the few male singers in the House scene, dominated mostly by female singers throughout history, Robert was able to carve a niche for himself both as producer and as a singer, requested in by so many artists (he is probably the most requested “featuring” in electronic music history) and more recently he even collaborated with drum n bass artist Icicle and techno heavy weight Function on his last album on Tresor records “Existenz”.
We are proud that Robert, despite being one of the legends of this musical style, decided to be part of this fundraising together with our residents from Suma Han and also together with Paroxysm’s resident Avni Leka from France, co-founder of this fresh event crew who specializes in “vinyl only” events across Europe and who hosted some of the best international talents at their events so far and who decided to get together with Suma Han to bring you this special night!
And then we also have Suma Han’s gang member, the mighty and powerful Kaan “King” Öktem, who is going to make you dance with his unique approach to house and disco with a touch of electro and last, but not least, we have a “dame d’honneur” opening the night from the Suma gang aka Özlem Atalay who will set the mood for the night on this special charity event where we will all celebrate life and try to bring a bit of relief to the victims of the past earthquakes.
❤️All ticket sales will be 100% donated to relief associations and all artists are performing voluntary in order to help this just cause and trying to bring a bit of light in this dark moment.
