🎉 Join us in spreading holiday cheer and Filipino tradition! 🎄 The Filipino American Council of Ventura County, Inc. is thrilled to host Parol Making Workshops at Channel Islands High School on Saturday, November 30, from 11:00am to 2:00pm.The parol lantern is the quintessential Filipino symbol of hope, blessings, luck, and peace during the holiday season, lighting up windows in Filipino homes throughout the world. 🌟
The workshop will be hosted by Christine Armstrong, Charleen Morla-Garcia & Sarah Barth. This event is for ages 5+. $10/per parol kit. Adult participation is required for children 8 and under.
