Elegantly weird, Parliament of Owls is a black & white owl themed lantern parade in Midtown, Atlanta. Everyone is always invited to make an owl lantern and walk in the parade! Parade attire is black & white.Owls flock at 8:30pm in the Plaza of Colony Square. We take flight at 9pm with the Black Sheep Ensemble!
Owl lantern invention and illuminated owl costuming are applauded!
Chantelle Rytter designed owl lantern kits will be available at Midtown Ace Hardware starting July 27 and at two drop-in workshops/kit sales at Colony Square Patio August 3 & 4, 6:30-8:30pm.
