Thursday, April 13, 6:30-8pm, The Parks and Recreation Commission will hold a hearing and a vote on the Summit Avenue Regional Trail Plan at the Palace Community Center, 781 Palace Street (near View Street). If you can make it, please come and be prepared to testify. If you can't make it or even if you can, please email your (hopefully supportive) comments on the Trail Plan to-- [email protected] ...with a subject line that reads "PRC Public Comment". E-mailed comments must be received by April 11. They are no longer offering a virtual option for the meeting. If the plan passes the Parks and Recreation Commission, it will go to the City Council for a vote some time in May. This meeting was supposed to happen on March 9th but was cancelled due to weather.
