Bem vindos ao parkrun do Lisboa não oficial, com que temos sonhado há anos. (Esperamos que um dia se torne oficial - https://www.parkrun.com/)! O percurso tem transportes públicos próximos e é acessível e inclusivo a todas as idades, nacionalidades e condições físicas. Há casas de banho e água potável perto do início.
Quando: Todos os meses, no primeiro sábado.
Início: 9:30 - Cheguem entre as 09:10 e as 09:20.
Fim: 11:00 - Café e conversa opcional no café junto ao auditório Keil Amaral depois.
Rota: Trails cénicos pela floresta e caminhos.

Welcome to the unofficial parkrun Lisboa, which we dream of making an official parkrun one day (https://www.parkrun.com/)! The route is dog and public transport friendly, and being inclusive is our big priority, so all ages, nationalities, levels of fitness and abilities are welcome. There are toilets and drinking fountains near the start, but no place to leave a bag.
When: Monthly, on the first Saturday of every month.
Start Time: 9:30am (arrive between 09:10 and 09:20).
End Time: 11:00am. Optional social at outdoor cafe afterwards.
Terrain: Hilly and scenic forest trails.
Pace: Runners will go at 4:00-7:00/km and walkers take about 1 hour to walk the 5km route. We're looking for volunteers to tail-walk and collect marker flags, so let us know if you can help.
