Beginner Parkour & Flow Movement Class

Reconnect with your body, move beyond fear, and discover the freedom of flow.

This beginner-friendly parkour Class is about much more than learning tricks or overcoming obstacles. It's an invitation to move with greater awareness, confidence, fluidity, and play.

Modern life often leaves us carrying stress, tension, and disconnection in our bodies. Through movement, we can begin to release that tension, reconnect with ourselves, and rediscover a more natural way of moving.

Drawing on influences from parkour, martial arts, yoga, gymnastics, dance, and years of movement practice, this workshop will introduce you to the foundations of efficient, adaptable movement.

Together we will explore:

• How to move with greater flow and fluidity

• Learning to fall safely and recover with confidence

• Understanding tension and relaxation in the body

• Developing softness, resilience, and body awareness

• Creating elastic power and efficient movement

• Building confidence when facing physical and mental challenges

• Moving through fear rather than being controlled by it

• Reconnecting with play, curiosity, and creativity

Parkour is often described as the art of moving through your environment efficiently. But it is also a powerful tool for personal growth.

Every jump, balance, climb, or challenge presents an opportunity to work with fear, develop trust in yourself, and expand what you believe is possible. As we learn new movements, we often discover new possibilities within ourselves.

This class is designed for complete beginners. No previous parkour experience is required, and there is no expectation to perform advanced movements. Everything will be scaled appropriately, with a focus on safety, progression, and individual exploration.

Whether you're curious about parkour, looking to improve your movement skills, wanting to become more confident in your body, or simply seeking a playful way to step out of your head and into the present moment, this class is for you.Come ready to move, explore, challenge yourself, and have fun.

I would advise that you wear clothes and trainers you are not too attached to.

Bring fluids to keep hydrated.
