Join us for a welcoming, practical resource fair with education and support for people living with Parkinson’s, care partners, and anyone who wants to learn more. Local experts will share guidance and lived experience, with time to connect and ask questions.

11:00 AM — Dr. Howard Weiss

Drawing on his long career as a local neurologist, Dr. Weiss will offer clinical insight into Parkinson’s disease and its progression.

12:00 PM — Annie Zeidman-Karpinski

Annie Zeidman-Karpinski will speak about supporting a loved one with Parkinson’s disease and dementia, sharing lessons from her caregiving journey.

1:00 PM — Dr. Peter Beilenson

Dr. Peter Beilenson will share his personal health journey with Parkinson’s. Beilenson, MD, MPH, is a former Baltimore City Health Commissioner and Howard County Health Officer who has spent his career advancing accessible, affordable health care. He has written two books on public health, founded a health collective, and currently teaches at Johns Hopkins.
