Join Parkinson’s of Flagler Palm Coast for our monthly support and wellness meeting designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, and loved ones. Each month offers an opportunity to connect, learn, and support one another in a welcoming environment.
Each monthly meeting is unique and designed to meet the needs and interests of our Parkinson’s community. Depending on the month, activities may include:
✅ Gentle exercise and movement activities
✅ Educational presentations and guest speakers
✅ Helpful resources and information
✅ Open discussions and shared experiences
✅ Friendship, encouragement, and support
Whether you are newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for years, or are caring for someone with Parkinson’s, this is a place where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who truly understand the journey.
