This Expo is a pivotal event hosted by the Parkinson’s Education and Support Group of Sussex County (PESGSC), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease.
Our mission is to provide education, exercise, and unwavering support throughout Sussex County, and we're committed to expanding our offerings in response to the evolving needs of our members.

? Educational Focus: While the expo caters to the needs of individuals with Parkinson’s and their families, the education provided can benefit the general senior population. Everyone is welcome to attend, learn, and support our local non-profit efforts.

Dr. Justin P. Martello, M.D., is a board certified neurologist specializing in movement disorders and Parkinson’s Disease at Christiana Care Health System.
Dr. Martello from Christiana Care. Dr Joseph M. Savitt, MD, PhD an Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Maryland, and Dr. Carolyn Trasko, Ph.D., LCSW, an Integrative Health Specialist discussing coping systems for caregivers.
?️♀️ Exercise Demos & Wellness Classes: Invigorating sessions to inspire and motivate. Learn how exercise can prevent or delay many of the health problems that Seniors and those with PD have occur. Lean how you can be stronger so you can keep doing your day-to-day activities without becoming dependent on others.
