On Friday the 24th October Box Positive will be running a taster session and presentation to local Parkinson's UK Midlands Parkinson's UK groups at 11AM. Our group will be running from 10-11AM so people will also have an opportunity to speak to other people living with Parkinson's and hear first hand how the non-contact boxing groups have helped over the years.
This will take place at Droitwich ABC , local England Boxing coaches are also welcome. People travel from far and wide to attend groups but it would be great if more clubs, gyms, leisure centres could offer similar sessions 🥊💪
