Taking their name from the infamous outlaw duo Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, Parker Barrow [http://weareparkerbarrow.com/] is a powerhouse, blues-infused Southern rock band led by vocalist Megan Kane and her husband, drummer Dylan Turner. The pair's fateful meeting in 2019 sparked an instant connection, and within just two weeks, they formed an acoustic duo and hit the road full-time—a journey they have continued ever since. In 2023, Parker Barrow expanded into a full band, adding musical director and guitarist Alex Bender, solidifying their vibrant sound.
Parker Barrow's music is a unique blend of rock, Southern rock, blues, soul, and country—all wrapped in a style that is unmistakably their own. Megan Kane grew up listening to old-school country legends like Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton, while Dylan Turner was influenced by classic rock icons such as the Allman Brothers and the Rolling Stones, as well as contemporary blues-rock acts like the Black Crowes and Tedeschi-Trucks Band.
