Park Yoga classes in the beautiful Hellbrunn park for all levels. Whenever the weather allows we will meet in Hellbrunn park for an hour long yoga session. We will mostly meet on Sunday mornings from 10:00-11:00 and on two Thursdays from 18:00-19:00! Look for the specific dates below.
These yoga classes are suitable for all levels and will help to calm, strengthen and balance the nervous system, the body and the mind, helping to strengthen and open the whole body.
We will always meet 5 minutes before the start of the class by the main gate of Hellbrunn park (on the parking lot side) and walk to our yoga spot together from there. For the class you need your own yoga mat and comfy clothing. Don't forget your water.
