About this Event
A community donation based yoga class with the intention of offering a safe and open space to expand your yoga practice. The class is inclusive, meaning students of all levels are welcome! Anyone is encouraged to join, the class is donation based, making it accessible to all. This class is led by certified instructor, Shaunai. Join us for a positive and refreshing Friday morning flow, led with music (a range of alternative r&b, jazz and oldies).
Bring a mat, any preferred props(blocks, blanket,etc) water, and an open mind!
Classes will be contingent on weather.
