Park Yoga at City Park

Come experience the joy of community, breath, and movement at our weekly yoga sessions, formally part of Hey Let’s Yoga. Every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., we gather in City Park for an all-levels yoga class that’s pay-what-you-will. All proceeds go directly to the teacher and assistant, supporting our local yoga community.

You’ll find us on the lawn between Ferril Lake and the Science Museum, where we practice with stunning views of the mountains, the city, the water, the park, and the sunset.

This is an incredible opportunity to connect with nature, yourself, and others in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Bring your kids, your dogs, and your friends—everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, this class is for you.
