Join us for the Mission Park Fitness Crawl, a first-of-its-kind outdoor fitness experience that hits three iconic Mission parks — Dolores, Franklin, and Jackson — for back-to-back workouts led by the Ignite Fit Life crew.

Here’s the lineup:
🏋️ Dolores Park → HIIT & Heart Rate Up
💪 Franklin Square → Strength & Core Power
🧘‍♀️ Jackson Playground → Mobility & Recovery Flow

It’s 90 minutes of movement, music, and community, all set against San Francisco’s most legendary park views.

All fitness levels welcome — come solo, bring a friend, or roll deep with your gym crew. You’ll sweat, laugh, and meet amazing humans who actually show up for themselves.

We’ll wrap it all up with a group photo, raffle, and post-crawl coffee hangout ☕
