Every Thursday this June enjoy the cooler evening hours with Park After Dark at Discovery Green. We’re leaving the fountains and lights on until late to encourage families to come out and play!Discovery Green’s beloved Rocket Dog “art cart,” will be on hand with plenty of games and toys to rent and the playground will be jumping. Our picnic tables have recently been painted with squares so bring your chess sets or checkers for a match. Or bring a blanket and lounge on the grass. Food trucks and vendors will be serving sweet treats and food.
As the sun sets, the dancing begins!
June 5 & 19: Line dancing with Gretchen “The Legend” Jean at 7 PM, followed by a party with DJ Boom Boom Williams.
June 12 & 26: Salsa night with Gerisha Figueroa and Eleda Dance Company.
