Park Adoption: Beach Cleanup
Advertisement
Join The Veterans Phalanx and Mayport Lighthouse Association for our monthly park and beach cleanup at Helen Cooper Floyd Park in Mayport, Jacksonville.
We co-adopted this park, and we’re showing up to take care of it together. We’ll pick up litter, clean the shoreline, and spend time with good people while doing something useful for our community.
For veterans, it’s another opportunity to keep serving alongside others. For families, friends, and neighbors, it’s a chance to lend a hand and get to know the people around you. Everyone is welcome.
Bring water, sun protection, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. If you have work gloves or a litter grabber, bring them along.
Come out, bring a friend, and help us leave the park better than we found it. More hands make lighter work.
Facta Non Verba. Deeds, Not Words.
