After a very blustery and snowy winter let us embrace spring and the coming of more beautiful and inviting weather. Let us embrace the energy this transition gives us and the opportunities nice weather holds for us.

As the weather turns we come out of hibernation, we venture outside, move our bodies more, see nature, boost our mental health and have a greater ease gathering and being in community.
