Paris Mtn - Sulphur Springs

PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS:
There is no fee on my end for this event, but there is a fee to enter Paris Mtn unless you have the state park pass. Feel free to carpool with someone with a pass! It's $6/pp without the pass.
Please look at your GPS and add 5-7 minutes to your arrival time. The GPS time is to the gate, NOT to the trail head and it takes a few minutes to drive up to where we're meeting.
We'll park at Shelter 5 & 6. Just keep driving and follow the road along, you can't get lost (unless you don't follow the signs and you drive into the campground...you'll get to a stop sign that goes straight into the campground, BUT YOU'LL TURN RIGHT.
That's your only turn until you get to the signs for Sulphur Springs trailhead/shelters 5 & 6.
IF THERE'S NO PARKING IN THIS AREA, YOU'LL TURN AROUND AND GO BACK TO SHELTERS 3 & 4 to park. If you do this, you'll have to walk up on the road to meet at 5 & 6.
I know this is a lot of info, but whew. I don't want anyone to be confused.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE EAT BREAKFAST/BRUNCH BEFOREHAND. This is not a joke. There's some challenging sections on this trail and being cute and doing it on an empty stomach is dumb.
Drink water the day before. Eat a decent dinner.
Pack 60oz of water, snacks, and anything else you think you may need to be comfortable. The trail isn't long, but there are some "fun" sections.

It's approximately 4.2 miles and is a loop trail. I want us to semi-boogie, but no one will get left behind.
For my Mammoth March and Mud Girl Run ladies - consider this our first official training hike!
