Anna Kalbasko, a former urban designer, now a certified therapist and conscious leadership coach, who brings inner and outer worlds together is City Ladies Networking co-host in Paris.

This session will also include spotlight speaker, Jennifer Chamberlin.

Jennifer Chamberlin is a certified online business consultant and founder of The Bilingual Lantern, supporting multilingual entrepreneurs to simplify operations, systemise foundations and scale sustainably across borders. Bilingual in English and French and a dual citizen, she brings a strong cross cultural perspective to help business owners grow with clarity and confidence.

Through business audits, strategy sessions, VIP days and ongoing mentorship, alongside multilingual virtual assistance and backend support, Jennifer blends structured strategy with a calm, practical approach. Her work empowers clients to navigate complexity, strengthen decision making and lead their businesses with ease.

Before founding The Bilingual Lantern, she spent 15 years in international organisations including the Aga Khan Development Network, Disneyland Paris and Deloitte France, progressing from bilingual junior secretary to Executive Assistant and building deep expertise in organisational flow, operations and cross cultural communication.
