Talk title: Staying Connected to Yourself while Navigating Change with The Abi Method™
Life changes, sometimes by choice and sometimes unexpectedly, and it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves along the way.
In this personal and practical talk, Abigail will share how her own journey across countries, careers and new beginnings inspired The Abi Method™ (Ground • Grow • Glow). She’ll introduce simple ways to reconnect with ourselves through breath, grounding, self-awareness and small daily rituals, helping us navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.
So come and enjoy breakfast, visit a lovely venue and meet lots of like-minded English-speaking women face to face.
